Welcome to 10X Trade!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of the 10X Trade platform (the “Platform”) operated by Boundless91 Inc. ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using 10X Trade, you affirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction).

• Have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

• Are not a resident of a restricted jurisdiction (see Section 4).

• Understand and accept the risks associated with trading cryptocurrency derivatives.

• Acknowledge that 10X Trade does not provide financial or investment advice.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

10X Trade is a decentralized trading platform enabling users to trade cryptocurrency perpetual futures. The Platform provides:

• Trading services with leverage ranging from 1x to 50x.

• AI-powered trade insights for informational purposes.

• A social trading experience integrating Telegram, Twitter, and other Web3-native tools.
  
  

10X Trade does NOT:

• Provide financial, tax, or legal advice.

• Act as a counterparty in trades.

• Guarantee profits or protection against losses.
  
  

3. ELIGIBILITY & RESTRICTED JURISDICTIONS

3.1. Eligibility

To use 10X Trade, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to trade cryptocurrency derivatives.

• Ensure your use of the Platform complies with your local laws.

3.2. Restricted Jurisdictions

10X Trade does not operate in jurisdictions where crypto derivatives trading is restricted. If you reside in or access the Platform from the following countries, you are prohibited from using 10X Trade:

• United States, Canada, China, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Russia, and any sanctioned jurisdictions listed by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or United Nations sanctions lists.

• Any country where crypto trading or derivatives are illegal or highly restricted.

We reserve the right to block access from any jurisdiction at our discretion.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Secure your own account, wallet, and private keys—10X Trade is not liable for any unauthorized access.

• Not use the Platform for illegal activities, including money laundering, fraud, or market manipulation.

• Not create multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing rewards, referral programs, or incentives.

• Acknowledge all trading risks—crypto derivatives trading is highly volatile and can result in total loss of funds.
  
  
  

5. AI-POWERED INSIGHTS & DISCLAIMERS

10X Trade provides AI-generated trading insights, but:

• These are NOT financial advice.

• Users should always conduct their own research before making trades.

6. FEES, DEPOSITS, & WITHDRAWALS

6.1. Fees

• Trading fees apply and are subject to change based on market conditions.

• Blockchain network fees apply to withdrawals.
  
  

6.2. Deposits & Withdrawals

• USDC is the primary collateral asset.

• Withdrawals may be subject to security checks and processing times.

• 10X Trade is not responsible for delays due to blockchain congestion or third-party wallet issues.
  
  
  

7. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if users:

• Violate these Terms.

• Engage in fraud, market abuse, or regulatory violations.

• Attempt to bypass geographical restrictions.

Users will be notified of any suspensions where possible.

8. RISK DISCLOSURE

8.1. Trading Risks

• Leverage can amplify losses.

• Market conditions may result in forced liquidations without warning.

8.2. Security & Smart Contract Risks

• 10X Trade operates using decentralized infrastructure, which may be subject to hacks, exploits, or downtime.

• 10X Trade is not registered with any financial regulatory authority.

• Regulatory changes may impact Platform availability—users will be notified if applicable.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• Disputes will first be handled through customer support.

• If unresolved, disputes shall be settled via binding arbitration under a neutral jurisdiction.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE

• 10X Trade may modify or terminate services at any time.

12. LIABILITY LIMITATION

10X Trade provides its services "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding:

• Uninterrupted service or uptime.

• Accuracy of AI-generated insights.

• Market conditions or external risks.
  

We are NOT responsible for:

• Losses resulting from user trading decisions.

• Unauthorized access to user wallets.

• Platform downtime due to maintenance or cyberattacks.
  
  

Max liability is limited to the trading fees paid by the user in the past 3 months.

13. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES & SOCIAL INTEGRATION

Users interacting on Telegram, Twitter, Farcaster, and other platforms must:

• Not share misleading or manipulative trade signals.

• Not engage in spam, harassment, or abuse.

• Acknowledge that AI-generated market commentary is not investment advice.

We reserve the right to ban users who violate these guidelines.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Applicable Jurisdiction], without regard to conflicts of law principles.
